First, let us go over some program updates on the International Professional Training Program progress report including the call center BPO Call Com Inc performance. When we say keywords, we mean search terms people use on Google. Now for numbers of members in the program we want to have double what we are now at the end of November. We have declared this month’s goal as double the membership month and getting to that magic 1,000-member mark at the end of the month. We have a new look on the web site 4S2S.COM and you will like what you see. It has all the links and where to follow us for information on the side of the 4S2S.COM web site. The tool package that gives you all you need to build your business you find listed there, all looks great, and what makes the package stand out is it is free and we mean free.

Since the training is about to start it is the time for us to contact your referrals and invite them to 4S2S.COM. We do it all for you no work on your part.

One of the ways we can grow the program faster is using the referral marketing method. We have a module set up in the back office to upload your referrals and you will find it when you log in at 4S2S.COM. This is not a network marketing plan so do not get nervous here. I am not saying call your sister, brother or anyone. All we want you to do is make us a list of people you know period. There is no better and easier way to build this program faster than by the referrals of our members. I was in a program that held a training class with the first action in this program was to bring a notebook of course and I followed and brought 2 to make it look like I was going to take the most notes in this class. I remember this was our only training that day but it was the most important lesson I ever learned for marketing period. Here is how it went, he said see the first page it has 26 lines to write names down and I knew this was going to be easy. I thought he was going to say give 25 names but he said fill 2 sheets out front and back with 100 names. When we finished the training, that day I had over 200 names because he helped us pull out names of people we knew, he mentioned the church you go to, the place you eat at, places you go, and when done we all had huge lists. I remember one woman had 500 names and won some small prize and they all cheered her for her performance. The one rule was they must know your name and you have to have the contact information on them and it was that easy. It is amazing how many people each of us meet from our days to day lives and if this is a start of a marketing campaign and if the members do their part then I can say for almost sure we will hit our goal. Now for the rest of the story most of us got outside and complained there is no way I am going to call my list and sell them these whatever it was and the truth was we were all scared and that is ok to be scared I just didn’t know then. Now what if they said to us after the list was done just give me those lists and I will have an agents assigned to you that will politely contact them and only invite to join our free internet Social Networking training class. We will of course mention the Big Launch Contest and the live presentations, but this will be low key and very soft. Best of all for every member we sign up free we will match it from one of our free sign ups and you will double the chances to have upgrades and make more money fast.

Here is the goal we wish to make a good impression to you and to your referrals so you know you will be represented properly. The agents will not be allowed to contact your referrals at all to up sell them anything this I assure you and they cannot ask them even about the second level upgrade until the member has the first $1,000 in their hand. I am making a big move to prove to our agents that if they do their job right they will make more sales than they ever have and make more commissions then they ever have. I will prove that we can do the presentation right and make you very pleased with many new referrals placed under you and ready to make money with you. The sales agents at Call Com Inc have thought all along only sell one person more for their family or whatever and this only makes the member angry and does not grow the company and that is what any company needs is new people. This will be the chance to prove to everyone that these agents can do the job right, if they have to and this time they have to. If they get referrals from you their members and they don’t do it right we would find out in a minute and they know that. This has them in a place I want them where they have to do what we tell them and we will know instantly if they do not. We will fire anyone who breaks these rules period.

Our agents have not used referral marketing that we have taught over and over and now we will just make it part of the months goal. This sure makes sure they will know all about referral marketing at month’s end and double the program as well. If you upload the names of referrals in your back office or email them to support here is the process and what you can expect when your referrals are contacted. We are going to do a simple invite to join you in the free social networking training class at our web site 4S2S.COM and we will make sure to tell them you will be their referrer and that you would look forward to them taking part with you. We of course will mention the new big launch contest. We will also mention the free tools, that is it and have them come by and take a look. There will be no pressure at all and no upselling those days are over from now on. We have made it clear you want to help the member get them member under them period. If you all had equal numbers, of members under you to match as many positions your line has now then some would have many new members under them and this is what we need. We will also double your referral sign ups with adding one for each of yours. This would for sure bring into the works duplication since it will start the benefactor pool and the first 200 get pushed out of each forced plan with member joining up to 1,000. We have at the very top of the International Professional Training Program the first 250 positions in the program and your group is one unit in the Money Line Pay system. After you we load the next 750 members the second unit then would be the next 1,000 and each unit the same size as 1,000. The reason for the first 250-slot filling is because you are mostly our members from other programs and you will be first and when the program takes off and you will be the first to benefit from the duplication efforts.
